NFLer Adrian Peterson's Son Has Died!

TMZ has reported that Minnesota Vikings player, Adrian Peterson's 2-year-old son has passed away.

Peterson, 28, didn't appear during his practices on Thursday due to personal reasons. It turns out that Friday morning his son was in critical condition. Huffington posts reassured that the 2-year-old died from severe head injury. Sources claim the little boy was shook and beaten to death by his mother's boyfriend, Joseph Robert Patterson. The boyfriend was said to be jealous of Peterson's success and took it out on the son.
At first, The City Pages of South Dakota and Minnesota reported that the little boy was not Peterson's real son. The 2-year-old was said to be a result of a secret love affair and therefore needed a DNA test to prove that he did indeed belong to Peterson. The DNA did confirm he was his son. As far as the child's mother's boyfriend, he first called the police Wednesday when he claim that the child was choking. As he was rushed to the hospital, authorities later suspected Patterson of being involved with the 2-year-old's injuries.
CNN later reported that Patterson, 27, had a history of abuse in his past. About a year ago he had suspended sentences for domestic assault and then police arrested him Thursday night with charges of assualt on an infant. It was also reported that Patterson can serve up to 40 years in jail with a $750,000 bond. There hasn't been any investigations on the mother just yet. Stars such as Reggie Bush, Snooki and Drake all expressed their prayers to Peterson:
"My thoughts and prayers go out to Adrian Peterson and his family. May God be with them in this difficult time right now." -Reggie Bush
"My Prayers to Adrian Peterson and his family ...as a parent I couldn't imagine, god bless you and your family." -Snooki
"All my prayers go out to AP. That is the most depressing news I've heard in a long time." -Drake
" Deepest prayers for my brother AP and his entire family." -Mike Vick

Peterson later took to twitter hiself to thank everyone for their condolences, "Thank you to my family, my fans and fans of other teams for their support," said Peterson.

My dear condolences go out to him and his family as well.
